Reporting Infringements:

Comphies respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or if your intellectual property rights have been violated, please provide a written Notice to comphiesapparel@gmail.com, including the following information as required by the DMCA (We recommend reviewing these requirements with your legal counsel and consulting Section 512(c)(3) of the Copyright Act):

(a) An electronic or physical signature of the authorized person acting on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner;

(b) A specific description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you believe has been infringed (if multiple works or intellectual property have been infringed at the same location, please provide a list with specific descriptions of all the works or intellectual property involved);

(c) Detailed information about the location of the infringing material within the Comphies Website (provide page url), enabling us to locate and verify its presence;

(d) Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;

(e) A statement from you, made in good faith, that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law; and

(f) A statement from you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your Notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner.

Upon receiving a proper, bona fide infringement notification, Comphies's Legal Department (as the designated agent for DMCA purposes) may take appropriate action, including the removal or disabling of access to the infringing material.

Please note that failure to comply with all of the Notice requirements outlined above in writing may result in an invalid Notice, and Comphies may disregard incomplete or inaccurate notices without any liability.
