Print and Processing Times

• Once you place your order, it is sent to the print design shop for printing and processing.
• Most products are printed and processed for delivery within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Delivery Time

• The time it takes for the product to arrive at your delivery address may vary based on several factors.
• Depending on the delivery method selected, the product can take between 2-7 days to reach your chosen delivery address.
• Please note that delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than the specified timeframe.

Cost of Shipping

• The cost of shipping your product is determined by factors such as size and delivery location.
• Shipping rates will be calculated based on the provided delivery address during checkout.

We are not responsible for packages after they have been delivered to the shipping address provided at time of purchase.

Thank you for shopping at Comphies.com. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth refund and return process. Please carefully read our policy below to understand the guidelines and procedures.

Cancellations

• All order cancellations must be submitted within one hour from the time your order was placed.
• A 4% fee will be charged for processing the payment/reimbursement.

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

• You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Meets conditions for return/refund.

Comphies does not refund or accept returns on customized items, unless you were sent the wrong item or there was a mis-print error.

Refund, Credit, and Replacement Conditions

COMPHIES will grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a printed product only under the following circumstances:

• Misprinted product.
• Damaged product (excluding damages during delivery).
• Product not matching the order or fulfillment information (e.g., an incorrect or misplaced printed image, a different size than ordered, or an incorrect color or product type). Size-related returns are accepted only if the size sent differs from the size ordered. We do not accept size-related returns when the size ordered was correctly supplied, including if it does not fit or the customer selected the wrong size.
• To request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must email COMPHIES at returns@Comphies.com and provide a photograph and a brief explanation of the problem.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at returns@comphies.com with:

• in Subject line of email, include "Return Request" and Order#
• in Body of Email, Include Name on Purchase, Reason for Return/Refund, along with Images of the item.

We will provide further instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process

a. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
b. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
c. Please note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
d. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@comphies.com.
