Custom Group Merchandise & Affiliate Collections
Turn your group's original artwork into a collection supporters can shop on Comphies. We manually review the design, prepare approved products and create a dedicated collection. Your group earns 15% on qualifying purchases attributed to its affiliate link or assigned code through the Comphies affiliate program.
What to send with your collection request
- Your group name, an adult contact and your affiliate account email, if already registered.
- The original artwork or logo you own or have permission to reproduce. Send the highest-quality original file available rather than a screenshot.
- Your preferred products: for example, T-shirts, hoodies or mugs.
- Preferred colors and a clear description of placement: front, back or another available print area. Include a reference mockup if you have one.
- Any requested launch date, the purpose of the collection and the name you want supporters to see.
Contact Comphies to start your request. Describe the artwork and products in your message; we will confirm how to supply the original files and what can be produced. Do not send account passwords or private member information.
How your collection gets published
- We review your request. Product availability, artwork quality, print placement and permission to use the design must be confirmed.
- We prepare the products. Comphies creates the listings and collection manually. Pricing and available options are confirmed before launch.
- You review the collection. Check spelling, design placement, product choices and links before sharing it.
- You promote the tracked collection link. Use the affiliate link or assigned code, not just the collection's ordinary web address.
This service does not provide automatic product publishing or instant collection creation. Please confirm timing with Comphies before announcing a campaign or promising delivery for an event.
How your group earns commission
The current rate is 15% of eligible referred product sales after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. For example, a qualifying $40 product subtotal produces $6 in commission. Earnings depend on actual qualifying purchases and tracking.
A design or collection does not earn automatic royalties. If someone buys without an attributable affiliate link or assigned code, the collection owner does not automatically receive commission. Creating a collection also does not add a second commission on top of the standard affiliate rate.
Eligible, approved commissions are processed weekly through PayPal once the unpaid balance exceeds $25 USD. Read the affiliate FAQ for payment and tracking details.
Make the collection useful to supporters
Start with a few products your audience will wear or use. Explain the group's purpose, show the actual artwork and tell supporters that qualifying purchases generate commission for your group. Schools, teams and charities should have an authorized adult manage the request and account.
