Group T-Shirt Fundraising

A T-shirt fundraising campaign gives supporters something useful to wear while helping your group earn income. With the Comphies affiliate program, your school organization, team, charity or private group earns 15% on qualifying purchases attributed to its affiliate link or assigned code.

Choose the campaign that fits your group

Share existing designs: select a few relevant graphic tees, hoodies or mugs and share tracked links. This avoids waiting for a custom collection.

Request your own collection: send an original graphic or authorized group logo to Comphies. We manually review the design, confirm products and placement, and create an approved collection. Follow our custom group merchandise guide.

A practical five-step fundraising plan

  1. Choose an adult organizer. Agree who manages the affiliate account, receives PayPal payments and reports earnings to the group. Obtain the group's permission before using its name or logo.
  2. Set a specific purpose. Explain whether proceeds support team equipment, a school activity, a community project or your group's operating costs. Identify the beneficiary clearly.
  3. Keep the product selection focused. A small selection is easier to explain than a long list. Match designs and product types to what supporters actually want.
  4. Launch with the tracked link. Share it in approved newsletters, group messages, social posts or a QR code generated from that exact link. Explain that the group earns commission on qualifying purchases.
  5. Follow up and report results. Share a product photo or answer sizing questions, then thank supporters. Use approved commission amounts from the dashboard when reporting funds earned.

How much could a campaign earn?

If an eligible purchase has a $30 product subtotal after discounts, the 15% commission is $4.50. Twenty such qualifying purchases would generate $90 before any commission reversals. These are examples only; results depend on purchases and successful referral tracking. Shipping and taxes are excluded.

Ideas for different groups

  • Schools and parent groups: an adult organizer can share an approved spirit design and explain the activity the earnings will support.
  • Sports teams: offer supporter merchandise that families can order individually. Confirm product availability and delivery expectations before promoting an event deadline.
  • Charities and community programs: explain the mission and exactly how affiliate earnings will be used. Merchandise purchases are not presented as tax-deductible donations.
  • Clubs and private groups: feature a shared interest, reunion graphic or club artwork with permission from the owner.

Ordering, tracking and payments

Supporters order and pay directly on Comphies. Your organizer does not need to collect everyone's sizes or submit one bulk order. Customers should review each product's size guide and our shipping policy.

A collection link by itself does not guarantee referral credit. Use the tracked link from your affiliate account or an assigned affiliate code. A custom design does not earn automatic royalties on untracked sales.

Eligible, approved earnings are processed weekly through PayPal once the unpaid balance exceeds $25 USD. Smaller balances carry forward. Read the affiliate FAQ for tracking and payment details.
